How do we work?

All management and paper work is carried out through our online accounting software. You’ll be able to issue your own invoices and upload all your expenses.

You need to do it before the 5th of each month so that we can keep your accounts up to date and have a better control of your business. It’s essential that you do it on time in the months where taxes are due (April, July, October and January).

How do I get in touch with my advisor?

Even though we are an online advisory company, you will always receive personalized attention and be in direct contact with your tax advisor. You can reach us at any time (during working hours) by email, telephone or videoconference, whatever suits you better.

What's included in the tax service?

Access to the online accounting software, recording your invoices, filing your quarterly taxes and annual summaries related to your business are included in your monthly fee. Also, you will be assigned a tax advisor who will answer all your business related questions without limitation.

Freelancers: Personal Income Tax. Since this is a personal tax it’s not included. You can contract this service in our Renta webpage.

Companies: Corporate Tax and Annual Accounts. Since they are submitted on the following year, they’re not included. The price for submitting those is the same as a monthly fee.

Non-specified transactions such as freelancer’s registration, issue of certificates, requirements, census updates, etc. are not included. If you want to check our prices contact your advisor or visit our pricing section.

Is there a maximum number of invoices that can be sent?

There is no limit to the number of invoices but your monthly fee will change depending on the quantity of contracted invoices. When contracting the services select the quantity of invoices you think you’ll have. If the number of invoices for a specific month is higher than the selected one, don’t worry, we’ll record all your invoices and you’ll be charged according to the amount of invoices you sent.

What's included in the HR Admin Services?

The HR Admin Services included in your monthly fee are:

  • Labour and Social Security Consultancy.
  • Drawing up employment contracts and registering new employees.
  • Monthly management of payroll, Personal Income Tax certificates, and Social Security contributions.
  • Management of all of the usual type of transactions with the Spanish General State Administration: deregistrations, data modification, accident reports.
  • Quarterly taxes and annual summaries.

When and how will I pay? Is there a minimum contract period?

By standing order from the 1st to the 5th of each month, in the following month (if you contract our services on the 5th of May, your first invoice will be in June).

And of course, there is no minimum contract period. You can cancel our services at any time.
